9. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Our scans are passive and may not detect all vulnerabilities
  • Our reports do not guarantee your website is secure after remediation
  • Security is an ongoing process; a single scan is a point-in-time assessment
  • We are not liable for any security breaches that occur on your website
  • Our remediation guidance is advisory; implementation is your responsibility

BreachBolt is not a substitute for professional penetration testing, security consulting, or compliance certification.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BreachBolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
